BEYOND EXPECTATION

My husband and I can't say enough great things about Kenya and her photography! She provided the photography for our son's 1st Birthday Party and when we got the photos back, we were blown away by how well she had captured the day. Kenya let us know ahead of time she would be taking mostly candid, un-posed photos to really get the true emotions and actions of our family and friends on that day at the park. We had about 60 guests of all ages. There were children playing all around, groups of adults talking here and there, and others playing organized games. We were so impressed by how well she sought out and captured so many touching candid moments. Kenya has an eye for getting a shot either close up or further away depending on what was going on in the frame/photo that made us feel like we were a part of the big party and also connected to specific individuals too. She also took all the detail photos (presents, cake, balloons, decorations, etc.). Beyond Kenya's photography...my husband and I were most impressed by Kenya's professionalism (arrived early, had the shots she knew she wanted to get, asked for some specific shots of key family members, got the photos to us in the timeline she had stated, etc.) and her easygoingness (was flexible when we asked for a few more photos, asked us to just forget that she was there so she could just blend in, was sociable but kept the photography her first priority). We definitely recommend Kenya's photography for any special event (big or small). You're in good hands!
